Colonel R.G. Kadam

An Indian Army veteran, Col R G Kadam is a man of few words and is a motivator for many. we are proud to have him not just as an Advisory but also part of the Training team as an Interviewing Officer, something that students can look forward to because he firmly believes in harnessing the power of youth to shape the future.. In his 37 years of service, he played a key role in furthering the cause of the Army and honing his acumen to become a successful trainer and a guide to those aspiring to become not just Armymen but also responsible human beings. An avid sportsman, his hobbies include, out of the several ones, Adventure Sports and Flying. As an able Man Manager, throughout his career, Col R G Kadam has motivated, selected and recruited scores of Armymen, Officers as well as Jawans. Many of those still in service, revere him as a great motivator, teacher, counsellor and someone who is all ears to their areas of concern even as getting them successfully addressed. Even today, students aspiring to join the Indian Army look forward to seek his advice and guidance. Not surprising that he is invited to be a speaker and motivator by numerous educational institutions in India who have, in their practices, applied his knowledge on global standards of training specially those eager to join the Defence Forces. His coaching have proved to be of immense value to the candidates. Col R G Kadam also is a specialist in Logistics Planning and Execution, which again is a key area in our Indian Army service.

Brigadier Deepak Bhat

Brigadier Deepak Bhat, VSM, (Retired) , is an alumni of National Defence Academy. He has had a chequered career in the Regiment of Artillery. He has vast experience of Human Resource handling. He has been a Group Testing Officer (GTO) at the selection centre where he has assessed more than 2000 candidates for their suitability to become an officer in the defence forces. He has also been an instructor at the Defence Institute of Psychological Research where he has trained officers to become assessors at the SSB. He has been awarded the Vishisht Seva Medal by the Honourable President of India for his exceptional services in automation and transformation of the Army. He guides in  personality development and facing the SSB or other interviews.”

Col Rajendra Kenjalkar

Col Rajendra Kenjalkar Was Commissioned in Corps of Engineers (Bengal Sappers) In May 1974. He Served in Various Ranks in All Kinds of Terrains Like Plains, Mountains, High Altitude, Jungles, Insurgency Affected and Desert. A Keen Sportsman and An Adventure Sports Enthusiatist, He Participated at National & International Events. He Had Been Instructor Combat Engineering (Grade B And Later as Grade A) In College of Military Engineering (CME), Pune. He Commanded An Engineer Regiment During Op Rakshak in Desert Sector. He Also Had Exposures to MES as Designer & Executive.

Colonel Chandrashekhar Potphode

A result oriented, analytical and Engineering graduate who served Indian Army for 32 years in Corps of Engineers. After commissioning in Army in 1974 served for 32 years in various designations . The notable amongst them was officer Commanding of Border Road unit in Indo Burma Border looking after construction of roads in hostile & terror stricken states of Manipur Mizoram & Nagaland. Most challenging was as Commanding Officer from 1997 to 2001 of a Combat Engineer Regiment during Kargil operations. Also served in Siachen, Leh & Ladakh sectors and carried out number of challenging assignments of infrastructure projects from 2003 to 2005. After retirement in 2005 joined a Real Estate Corporation in Senior Managerial Capacity. EXCELLED IN ROWING & SWIMMING  & MARATHONS.
